Sustainability starts at school

Orapin Leartsinchaisakun starts her daily routine at 6am. Apart from preparing herself for the 8am class, the head student of Baan Wanaluang will have to cook breakfast made of a variety of organic vegetables from the school’s backyard farm for herself and 70 boarding students, ranging from grades 1-9. On today’s menu is pad pak boong, or stir-fried Chinese morning glory with oyster sauce.
