At only 14 years old, Kamolnan Chearavanont met a stateless woman who had been raped, abused and trafficked. Without citizenship, the woman was deprived of her rights to state welfare and was struggling. It was this meeting that ignited Kamolnan’s interest in the issue of human rights.
