Silk cocoons have long been an Asian beauty secret for sloughing off dead skin cells and moisturising through a substance called sericin. Instead of the traditional method of rubbing silk cocoon balls on the face, Japanese brand Pola has simplified the process by using an upgraded BA anti-ageing range featuring hydrolysed silk.
