The last time the 22-year-old Mexican restaurant of the Rembrandt Hotel was relaunched with a new interior setting, its cuisine claimed to centre around the chef’s principle to ensure gastronomic pleasure to every diner. Ever since, the restaurant has been on my list of favourites since 2013.
