Rouble plunges, Russian central bank acts
MOSCOW – The Russian Central Bank summoned bank chiefs on Thursday evening after the rouble plummeted to new record lows against the dollar, as chief Elvira Nabiullina cancelled her trip to the World Economic Forum in Davos.
