Riding the roof of Tak
Although Doi Soi Malai is not an unfamiliar name to Thai travellers, only a minority of them have actually visited this 1,660m mountain, also known as the “roof of Tak province”. Due to difficult access, especially during the wet season, only 4×4 folks and motocross riders have made it to the top. Would mountain bikers be able to do that too?
