One Direction must pay 'ganja bond' to play in Manila
MANILA — The Philippine Bureau of Immigration is requiring two members of boy band One Direction to post bonds totalling nearly US$10,000 that will be forfeited if they’re caught using or implicitly promoting illegal drugs while in Manila for a concert this weekend.
