French Michelin-starred chef Gérard Sallé, who is also the vice-president of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, an association dedicated to preserving and advancing the tradition of French cuisine, will be in residence at Café Claire, Oriental Residence Bangkok on Wireless Road, for an exclusive, one night only “Chef Sallé in Thailand Gala Dinner” on Wednesday, Aug 10.
