Meet the Forkers
Forkers, a food truck specialising in pasta, has been popping up at various events since January. It’s the brainchild of six partners, one being chef Phoom, who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit and runs restaurant i-Taste, on Sathon Soi 8. So rest assured, there’s no substituting ketchup for tomato sauce here.
