It's spring, again
Last year in August, amid a warm reception by connoisseurs of refined Thai food in Bangkok, Siam Spring Bistro, a culinary extension of the award winning boutique hotel Praya Palazzo, was launched to bring the riverside hotel’s highly-treasured cuisine closer to downtown epicures.
