Harking back to Hermes' equine origins
Since this is the Year of the Horse in the Chinese astrological calendar, 2014 should be an auspicious time for French fashion empire Hermes which can trace its heritage back to 1837 and a company established to make harnesses for an animal that was then the main mode of conveyance.
