Banh Mi Bo has graduated from food truck status, with the opening of a tiny takeaway shop in Ellsie Boutique Mall. Bo and Richie, the co-owners of Banh Mi Bo (and a couple), moved to the new address two months ago and have also added new items to their Vietnamese menu, now that they have a proper kitchen.
