GHB sweetens second-hand property auctions
The Government Housing Bank (GHB) has sweetened the incentives for the auction of 1,750 non-performing assets nationwide, offering discounts up to 40%, low starting prices from 80,000 baht and a time-limit 0% interest repayment period.
