Epicurean dining from Michelin star chefs
Early next month, two famous Michelin-starred chefs — Alfredo Russo, chef/owner of the one Michelin star Dolce Stil Novo restaurant in Turin, Italy; and Jonay Armas, head chef of the two Michelin star Principal Restaurant in Hong Kong — will take residency in two of Bangkok’s leading hotels, presenting their epicurean creations to the delight of the city’s many food and wine connoisseurs.
