Early protection is the best medicine
For the past 30 years, Thailand’s sexually-active female population has been encouraged to undergo cervical cancer screening, but it’s only in the last decade or so that there’s been a national screening programme, initiated by the Public Health Ministry and the National Health Security Office, allowing women aged between 30-65 to get tested for free.
