Cutting waste boosts economies
Almost one-quarter of all food in the world is lost each year, from harvesting and storage to wastage in the consumer’s kitchen. In South and Southeast Asia, more than 18% of all food is wasted. If we could halve the South and Southeast Asian waste, we could feed an extra 234 million people.
