Chuan sells stake in M.K. Real Estate
Chuan Tangmatitham, founder of SET-listed developer M.K. Real Estate Development Plc, and his family have sold a combined 20.64% stake to Castle Peak Developments Ltd and CPD Holding Ltd for 1.2 billion baht or 6.75 baht per share.
