Changing of the guard
Earlier this month, the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) passed the third reading of a new law to regulate security guards. Once the bill comes into effect, approximately six months from now, guards must be at least 18-years-old and finished Mathayom 3 (Grade 9) or higher.
