AP ploughs ahead in low-rise market
SET-listed developer AP Thailand Plc is confident in low-rise housing demand, planning to launch 15 new low-rise projects worth a combined 15 billion baht and aiming for 13.6 billion baht in presales from low-rise houses by year-end.
