An award-winning getaway
In the Andaman Sea off Satun’s coast, the long-tailed boat slows down before reaching a small sandbar which is only 2m wide. I jump and walk on it while waves tirelessly splash from both sides during low tide. Within minutes, the sandbar expands and stretches out further.
