Don Giovanni may be named after an Italian opera that premiered centuries ago written by Mozart. The 90-seat restaurant, which is situated on the ground floor of the Centara Grand at CentralPlaza Lardprao, may have existed for almost three decades. Yet there’s almost nothing, not even the dining ambiance nor the presentation of dishes, that should be labeled as old-fashioned.
