A taiL of two chefs

Deciding on a lobster delicacy involved four finalists, two each from Gunter Angermann and Andrew Brown. After tasting the dishes, the executive chefs picked Vanilla-poached Lobster with Spring Salad and Apple Jaqueline Sauce, for the fourth course of the 2015 Bangkok Chefs Charity Gala Dinner & Auction, set for end June.
