A Michelin-starred celebration
On March 1-2, Fireplace Grill and Bar at the InterContinental Bangkok will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a culinary showcase by French master Jean-Marc Banzo, former chef-owner of two Michelin-starred restaurants: Le Clos de la Violette in Aix-en-Provence and Villa Madie in Cassis.
